I was made recharge to airtel number. But the number was wrong. The recharge plan was ₹598.at that time i also report airtel customer care. I was made transaction through airtel thanks app but they said the transaction come from bank. I don’t know it is possible.They said the money will get back a week. But i didn’t get back my money. Now it’s almost 3week. Now i call to customer care i didn’t get to talk to them.Sir please help me get my money back
