Hi by mistakenly I have done wrong recharge through airtel thanks app. After doing that immediately called customer care to rectify it customer care assured to transfer recharge to right number and raise complaint regarding that. After a day there was no update I called customer care and enquired they said it can’t be done. There is no clarity from Airtel end and wrong info.
As people assured to transfer why it can’t be done and there is no update on complaints too. Have sent a mail regarding this to Nodal officer no response looks like Airtel don’t care about customers.
