I’ve ordered 3 huge Xmas bubbles as it was a better offer when ordered more pieces at once from HK Jacklun Information Co limited. I paid 56€. I opened the parcel and there was only 1 piece of it. I tried to find an invoice or an order email or their web side with claim form and contact details but nothing exists. Everything is done very tricky.

The jacket arrived fine,but the site does not correspond to the body measurements,which I judget according to the table.I would like to return it,it is small and I can not wear it.How should I return it?
