I wrongly recharged mobile No 8097459300 instead of 8097681981 for Rs 399/- plan (voice and Data)validity 84 days.I immediately contacted customer care no 121 and informed them about this.I also requested them to swap the no on which I wanted recharge, but they said as per Airtel policy it was not possible.They also were rude in behaviour of talking and told wherever you want to complaint you can complaint against us
I am using 3 Airtel no’s , After this incidence it is strongly recommended that no body should use to Airtel services because of there bad customer policies which are not at all customers friendly and rude staff. I also will port all of my 3 no’s after expiry of my plan to JIO, which is highly recommended because of its user friendly policies and customer support services
