I purchased a connection in March 2022 and I am forced to cancel the connection in April,
barely within a month. The reason they have mentioned wrong name and address on the connection. request to correct the same was denied on the grounds of company policy and I was advised to continue the same as connection is working perfectly fine.
So it doesn’t matter to the company that if a wrong person obtains connection for ill intent and compromises national security. Such is the arrogance that when I rate zero on feedback page there is no call back or follow up from the company as to the reasons.
