I purchased Krypton K5 mobile from link
(https://www.ezeephones.com/krypton-k5-notch-smart-phone-8gb-ram-128gb-rom#)
dated 6/6/2020 at 2:14 PM with Payment ID 10528802605,
Order No. 1589097438,
Payment Via: Payu
Amount : 4499.28
on 20th June 20 I received different mobile (Tashan TS 761 of Rs. 1299).
as a proof I have made a small video while opening the packet. As I searched
on their website there is no any customer care no., their contact us portal
(https://www.ezeephones.com/contact-us) is not accepting. Kindly do the favour
as they are fooling the people by showing good things at low rates and sending lower quality products instead of purchased one. I want my money refunded as I am ready to return the product.
