Hello,

We ordered for Nokia 3310 phone, however the one we received is Snowtel 310.

We tried contacting the customer care services but there are no numbers available instead they have given an email address for the same which is unresponsive.

If  not the refund, we’d at least want this fraudulent website to be shut down so no more consumers get affected because of the same.
