Airtel guys updated wrong mobile no to my DTH during installation. Since, not able to link my DTH to my airtel account, because the OTP is going to wrong one.
Also, not able to get a details of the package and change the plans.
I sent no.of mails and tele conversation, no use.
initially, customer care guys told they can update mobile no only after 90 days from installation. i dont know why ? and they not told any proper reason. First of all this is their issue, they only updated wrong. now its almost 6 months, still not resolved.
i dont know why not correcting phone no. I think they pushing customer to use existing plans (highend plans). And, this is against TRAIs new rule.
Even i sent 2-3 mails to bangalore rural officer. But no response.
