Text of Complaint by Laxmi Sharma:

I am very upset with your froad service. From last 2 months I am not getting my mobile data I was thinking may be some thing wrong with my phone but yesterday I recharge my phone for 2 GB plan and I switched of my phone midnight 12 o’clock and switch on my phone at morning 9 o’clock with 10 minutes I got 50% data Consumption means 1 GB data how can it possible with in 10 minutes 1 GB data Consumption. Airtel is doing froad with customers will suite file in consumer protection form. It’s directly indicat that you are mention truly unlimited calls and for mobile data you are not mention truly means Airtel not providing truly 2 GB data that is cheating and fraudulent with consumers. Moreover your TV Ads showing Airtel are going to Zero Complents. That is totally wrong consumers want to complaint but there is no platform to complain I was trying to make a complaint but I didn’t find complaint mobile or any contact No. to complain from last 2 months.

If today I’ll not get any phone call from Airtel and resolve my mobile data problem I will go in consumer form
