hello madam/sir
I am using airtel prepaid number. presently I have activated the Rs. 379 plan for which I am supposed to get 6 GB of internet data for 84 days validity. but May airtel thanks app was showing me that I have 12 GB of data available which was surprising so I contacted the customer care executive on 01-10-2020 at 18.17 hrs (executive name Ms. Rifat) she told me that Airtel has provided me the 6 GB data per day as a gift which was surprising for me so I again clarified the same and she kept repeating the same and assure me. hence I start using the mobile data but to my surprise, the data gets start deducting from my basic 6 GB which I have to use for 84 days as my need. my data for 84 days get consumed in just one day because of the wrong information passed by the airtel customer care executive. now I want my mobile data back and take some appropriate action against the executive.
