I take a loan of Rs. 10100 on 17/04/2023 from ‘Happy Loan’ Mobile application. They charge me Rs.19000 for this loan but the correspondence told me that I would get the full amount of Rs. 19000 as loan and the recovery time is 30 days. But my account was credited by Rs. 10100. the recovery agent text me on whatsapp and threatened me that they viral my photo and details if i didn’t refund my loan in 10 minuits. when I call her on whatsapp she told me pay Rs. 8500 and it will settle. But after pay Rs. 8500/- when I check on the application it showed the loan is rollover for 1 week but not settled.
