My name is Narendra Singh. On 24.08.23 I booked 5 T shirts from polo company online shopping for Rs.999. I was shocked when I received my parcel order today, instead of 5 polo t shirts, I found a used hood and a burnt old kurta. I want to cancel or return this order. This was my worst first time online shopping experience. Kindly help me
