I am very much disappointed when I opened the package sent by M/S Master Trendz of Hryana that the material delivered to me is not the same material what I have ordered to M/S Textile Choice on Face book and it was C.O.D. basis purchase therefore I have to pay Rs 1069 /- to the delivery boy of courier company M/S DELHIVERY. Now, I feel that I have been cheated in very much planed way by the whole gang of these three organisations as detailed below:
- M/S Textile Choice – (Mother Company) address and all other details are hidden.
- M/s Master Trendz – ( Supplier of products)address and other details as per letter addressed.
- M/S Delhivery – The courier company –plot no -5,sector 44,Gurugram122002,Hryana.
- M/S Weshypair – ( handed over the products)address and other details as per letter addressed.
I am not able to understand rather not in a position to whom I should refer this matter or lodge a complaint, as there is only one contact no given on Delivery Advice Notice is 7597013278 and this Tel-no is being kept in switch off mode from last seven days. Some of persons who attended calls are as under:
Mr Amit Sharma -8617616442, Mr Deepak verma -9223274424, Mr. Deepak -9798467651 and 9679923120 and and the last Deepak abused me and send me one farm in that he was asking PIN(UPI) to return the money which seems another type of fraudent activity
