Text of Complaint by Mr. Dinesh Parab:

Dear Team,

I am HDFCBank Fastag user,

I have been facing a problem with my fastag since 02/02/2021, the amount of Rs 190/- got debited for manual adjustment. which is incorrect.

I raised the issue on 5th of Feb 21 with all related informations and photos.

after that i received a auto generated mail with HBL number 075-502-684,

I called ‘1800 120 1243’ on 18th Feb 21 to inquire about it, I was told to resend mail with all documents (Photograph of car, RC of vehicle and SMS received on 2nd Feb for deduction of Rs 190/-). Again I called on 26th Feb 21, I received same answer to submit fresh complain along with all necessary documents whic i submitted on same day(HBL number 076-274-731). simmilar thing happend on 3rd March 21 and I submitted fresh complaint (HBL number 076-274-731). After so much of correspondence received no responce from other side and no one is keen to help.

Request your immediate attention to this matter. so that I will get refund against wrong debit and such case will not happen in future.
