Dear team
I had purchased yearly plan of rupee 9999 which i had already paid. I called customer care to enquire about a prepaid plan for dth to which they insisted that a dth will be added and no charges on existing yearly plan will be placed.. Now i see you have converted my yearly plan to monthly and also i am liable to pay discount of 12.5% whoch was never explained to me.. I enquired about the same with your two executives none provided this information
I need arrears to expense which shall be caused as my capital is bloccked of 12000 also i have to pay the discount back on yearly plan
