I’ve raised a query 3 times in span of more than 1.5 years in which , i was receiving message for paying an overdue loan of Rs. 19,670, (to be paid in 24 EMI of Rs 1,060 each) taken on 27th Oct 2021.
The loan was taken via flipkart pay later services, which was a loan for 2 similar items (safari trolley bag) of (Rs. 9,835 X 2 = 19,670). The order was done by me on 27th Oct 2021 and was cancelled on the same day.
The amount deducted from pay later wallet was also reverted back to my pay later wallet , after the cancellation.
But the loan in still open in IDFC First bank books, it has not been cancelled from the bank’s side.
Due to this the loan is overdue by around 530 days.
This has impacted my cibil scores alot.
Additionally i am regularly receiving calls from idfc first bank’s loan collecting agent for paying off the loan which is not even taken by me.
I request the court to take strict action against both flipkart and idfc first bank, as both entities are responsible for the technical glitch and none of them have fixed this issue in more than 1.5 years.
I’m attaching a proof of cancelled order in which inside page 2 you can see the product was cancelled.
