Dear Sir, we are airtel corporate user consumer No. 1055651008. we have paid airtel outstanding bill on 18/05/2022 due date of the bill is 24/05/2022 but AIRTEL has charged late fees by posting above payment on 31/05/2022 we have shared our bank statement where the payment was debited on 18/05/22 but still airtel no agreed to reversed it,. we have asked them to show your bank statement if payment is really received on 31/05/22 we can agree to pay late fee is so.
but they are not showing there statement .
