I have been using Freo Pay app since last 3 months. But from last month, even after paying the total due amount before the due date they are charging late fee. I have even paid that late fee too but it’s not reflecting in the app. The customer care support is the worst.I have emailed them on July 6th, but till now they didn’t responded. There is no customer care number to contact them. I have a very good cibil score and am worried that they will spoil it.
