I used freopay money 800 rupees first in June month and repaid on July 5th and again reused on same date. So i should pay this July bill in August but they sent me text to pay to pay 891 rupees which includes 141 late fee thinking that they will update my limit I paid it after paying also they charged me 171 rupees late fee I paid it again. Till today they are charging me wrong late fee. Now they started creating new drama that I haven’t paid june bill, basic commonsense without paying june bill in July how can I reuse money in July month. I provided them all the transaction proofs recently they started deleting transaction details in app they kept only withdrawl amount details ans deleted repayment details and playing games with customers. They don’t have even customer service number to contact. Only we should mail then since 2 months I’m mailing them they won’t resolve our issue but send us reminder messages in whatsApp telling that your cibil will effect, they are trying to fool customers and charging us wrong late fee I lost 141 + 177 rupees unnecessarily so I left without paying after that till today also they are charging wrong late fee I have all the proofs if my cibil got effected I will definitely show all the proofs and file a complaint about the app. Wrost app I used ever and wrost experience
