Actually I used 800 rupees from freopay account on June 2nd and paid the bill of 750 rupees + 50 rupees = total of 800 on July 2nd (50 rupees is the cashback i earned through Refferal by a friend), and again I used 800 rupees on July 2nd, it means I should pay the used July amount in August but from 6th of July I’m Receiving wrong late fee charges daily, on 7th July I received a message to pay 891.6 rupees which includes 141.6 rupees as late fee then I paid 891.6 rupees on 9th of July and thought that app will update my bill but again I received wrong late fee of 177 rupees on 10th july ( which includes previous 141.6 plus additional late fee of next days) but already I paid 891.6 before only. I thought freo pay will update my repayment and refund the extra wrong late fee I paid.
Actually what happened is freopay didn’t updated my june bill which I have paid on July 2nd . As I reused the paid amount on July 2nd itself they thought that I haven’t paid june bill yet which is 750 rupees so they charged me late fee that is 891.6 rupees (which includes 750 original amount plus 141.6 late fee ) what’s the point is if I haven’t paid the june due how can i use the total 800 rupees again in July . It looks Senseless right.
So the mistake is from freopay side unnecessarily they charged me 318.6 rupees (141.6+177=318.6) extra wrong late fee which I have paid from my pocket , so I should receive refund into my bank account
Keeping this aside till today also they are charging me late fee what should I do?
I’m messed with you since 40 days I have been mailing you with the transaction proofs but no response from your side. Don’t think customers are dumb to pay you again and again, I will see fee more days and complaint regarding this fraud you people are doing with customers money, be shamefull for this

Please resolve my issue and refund back my money
