Dear Amazon management,
It’s notice that the amazon not delivered correct product as per customers order.
Replacement items not delivered timely.
Refundable amount not release timely but amount refund will done on amazon pay app.
I was a ordered of britton Analogue ladies watch (Golden colour) but amazon delivered HMT Watches. I was returned and placed replace order the same was not despatch timely then I cancelled order but amount not refunded till the time.
I was raised complain but customers care service not maintained any records.
Please justice, otherwise I’ll take up legal action.
