I purchased a MK watch MK6796 from amazon on 31st July 2020, but I cancelled this item before getting delivered because due to some issue i was going out of town, so after coming back i again order the same watch on 12th august 2020, when i got the watch delivered to my residence and after coming home when i opened the amazon package which was having the watch i found that it was not the same watch which i ordered from amazon, in spite of MK6796, received MK 8609, I immediately called the customer service to tell this issue they asked me for the picture of the watch i had received i sent them the pictures they told me to wait for sometime on call and afterthat they said that ok mam we have checked it please return the wrong watch which u have received tomorrow to our pickup person and also I received this mail which you can see below.
Next day when the pick agent came he asked me that what is the issue with the watch i told him that i have received different model and colour, he said that i cant take it because I haven’t received the picture of the product n so on, But he refused to pick up. So i again called amazon but they haven’t assisted me with any support or response till now
