Respected Sir/Madam,
On 14th of March, 2020 I got my product Smart Watch order no.- HPU-3409 through Bluedart Awb# 69555923754 .
When I opened the package and I was shocked to see that it was not the product (Thor 5 pro Large Storage Smart Watch) that I ordered.
It was a different and used item. No any feature matched with the item I ordered. I called the contact number provided on courier packet as well as on the website but it was out of service.
After that I mailed to returned this item but even after 3 mails they didn’t answer any mail and today I opened the website, it is not available there even.
It is Totaly Fraud with me. So it’s my humble request to you to take action against this website.
