Text of Complaint by Sarthak Khanna:

I did not want to bring this up to you but i am sorry, I was left with no other option. I am being mentally harassed by your team gor the last couple of weeks over such a trivial issue.
On 28th July I ordered apple airpods second generation and i received order on 2nd Aug, but it was not apple airpods, it was real me earphones.
Immediately i called on customer care about it and raised my concern, I explained everything to them that I received wrong item and they provided me return id – 12202253614595378330 on mail and stating that the my matter will be resolved by on or before 21st august.
But till date my order still not picked up by any your courier person and still they are investigating about my concern.

I have provided them the photograph and video also, but still they are investigating.
I just fail to understand that why such a trivial matter has brought me to such an extent that a mail has to be sent to you.
This incident has actually shaken my blind trust over you guys.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve the matter at the earliest, bringing my unnecessary torture to an end. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
Please pick wrong item and refund my payment, i.e huge amount for me.
