Text of Complaint by Naveen Mishra:

I placed an order with us, come on 24th, Samsung Galaxy m31s, which I got on the 27th, when I opened its box, I could not find any Android from it and from that I got the keypad Samsung mobile, I compiled it several times amazon.  I called customer care and he compiled me on the 2nd and said that you will wait on the 7th as this investigation will be done by our investigation team. I waited on the 7th and I called the customer care and they said that you did not pick up the phone so  We have to make a Complan again, then he made the Complan again on the 7th and said wait for the 13th, when I also called on the 13th, I was told that you have the order right, we will neither refund you nor replace you  And quite Rudly was talking about your customer care, whose name was Aditya, tell me what you would have done if you were in my place, so I am now sending the video that I made to you today and also the photo in which I am not samsung galaxy m31s  Keypad mobile was received together  Please solve my problem thank you very much
