I’d like to report a situation regarding my recent order. On October 15, 2023, I placed an order for 2 cargo pants priced at Rs 899 each, as part of the LAST DAY SALE 76 OFF MEN’S CASUAL UTILITY PANTS Pack from Closet Luxe. My order was confirmed on the same day. However, when I received the product on October 25, 2023, I discovered that it contained two different items. One was a stained and torn shirt of very small size, and the other was a very small-sized pant. Interestingly, the outer packaging appeared to be in perfect condition. Upon opening the packaging, it became evident that the product had been packaged multiple times with different addresses and names. I have already paid for the order and received the incorrect items. I kindly request the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter, as I have come across several other individuals who have experienced a similar issue. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this situation.
