I’m order DH discovery Dj 2727 speaker which was received wrong item at the delivery time and damaged product which was like scrap product of other company

I’m same day raised return request but from Flipkart side no response at the last day over of replacement period which was 7 days. And after that they rejected because my replacement period was over.
It’s bad practice From Flipkart side i see. So now i want refund my money back. There was multiple issues with this delivery of product
