I have purchased Systene High Capacity Backup BIS Approved Battery for Xiaomi Redmi Pro BM4A on 23rd July but I received BN30 battery then replaced and I got again same Bn30 battery on 7th August 2020.

Then Again I returned on August 7 but not yet picking up my order.

I have contacted so many times to the Amazon customer service. They are giving always false information.

So, please complain fraud case on Amazon and their customer service representatives.
