I ordered 50kg gym kit in Amazon but I received 40kg.
I inform same day of delivery that I got wrong item and raise replacement after two days of lodging complaint no one come to pick the product then I informed this to Amazon customer care they assure it will picked up today but I didn’t receive any call for pickup.
Now portal says it is cancelled due to i deny to pickup of product meanwhile I didn’t received any calls or pickup request.
I just saw the previous feedback of this product and there are lots of complaints in which Amazon not take a action and just trying to spend time to complete the return period. Once return refund period over they reject the claim.
