Dear Sir,
I have ordered a mobile on 30th Aug-20 (Google Pixel 3A) and it got delivered on 6th Sep-2020. As I have opened the box my item was missing from inside the box and it was shirt inside the box instead of my mobile. Since that time i am following with amazone for the same however they have not provided my item and not either my refund.
I had paid the amount of 22000/-(Twenty Two Thousand) and till now no resolution yet.
I want to file a case against Amazone.
