Wrong item received, called the help desk for exchange for correct product for more than 6 times, support team is very bad and not updating the delivery person for exchange hence delivery person is not exchanging he has only the product photo and he doesn’t have the wrong items photo even after we send it to customer care. It is waste of money, time and calls following up with customer care. Hopeless customer care team.
