Dear sir/madam,
My name is T sagar am from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Recently we ordered (3 cotton readymade kurti in 999/- only book fast limited stock – Free home and Cod delivery) through whatsapp no +91 6358044146 on date 31.12.2022 (Nidhi Fashion) , Booking order no: N1506766914( Shiprocket Courier). Product was received on 08.01.2023 through shadowfax surface courier service by cash on delivery. we observed that product item was changed we got wrong items (two old sarees in place of 3 cotton readymade kurti). At that time we recorded the video and captured the photos for evidence. We approached seller person Nidhi Fashion (whatsapp no +91 6358044146) but there is no response to solve the problem. We Shared some video clip, photos & screen shot conversations for resolve my issue. Kindly take action
