I have ordered a watch of Rs 12400, brand- tommy hilfiger.
But i have received a different watch of same company , therefore I have raised a complaint to amazon for replacing the same ,but they denied to replace the watch only by saying that we have delivered the correct item. I also have the video of unboxing the watch where it can be clearly seen that the watch i received is different from that one i ordered.
Request to kindly provide a solution as amazon customer service denied to provide any solution and disconnected the call.
