On 30th june 2023 i ordered one inkfree printpro printer on Facebook ad at luxetrends by COD, on 5th July 2023 the Ecom express courier boy has been delivered to me one parcel and collected the cash Rs.1790/- and he gone, i opened that parcel what i saw in that parcel 2 no’of body Lotion’s inside worth of 200/- rs. Each, immediately. Called that delivery boy to show that parcel what i receive, he came and took a photo of Qr code and he told complaint to return and after 1 or 2 days our delivery person come and collect that parcel.
And the same time I complained to luxetrends shop’s email on the same day 5th July 2023, and reply comes to me ” your complaint received, we are trying to refund your money within 4-7 days, but still i don’t receive any reply or any refund, what can i do?
On 26th june 2023 at 04:23 PM, I ordered one inkfree printpro printer on Instagram ad at luxetrends by COD, on 2nd July 2023 the EXPRESSBEES courier boy Mr. Vikas Sharma has been delivered to me one parcel and collected the amount of Rs.1790/- by Paytm and he gone, i opened that parcel what i saw in that parcel 2 no’of body Lotions inside worth of 200/- rs. Each, immediately. Called that delivery boy to show that parcel what i receive, he came and took a photo of Qr code and he told complaint to return and after 1 or 2 days our delivery person come and collect that parcel.
