Text of Complaint by Ashraf Mohammed:

On 30th April 2022, I have made an online order on shirtgrace.com for men shirt (SK241) and next day morning on 1st May 2022 I received a call from the number +91 6283804579 asking for order confirmation.

I got delivery of the item on 6th May 2022, but surprisingly the item received was totally different, it looks like a jeans (picture attached) instead of the shirt I ordered. I have not opened the pack and inspected the item, since I understood the item received was wrong.

Since then I called several time on the same number (6283804579), who called me for order confirmation, but not able to get connected.

I called the toll free number (1800-110-1357) shown on their web site, but always getting wrong number message.

All mails sent to ‘[email protected]’ is getting bounced.
