I have ordered a prepaid product which got cancelled on the day of delivery by the amazon customer care center and after asking they mentioned it as mistake and took 3 days for the refund and suggested to place the order again. I again ordered the product and this time the product delivered was not what I ordered and upon return of the wrong product even after 10 days the refund is yet to come.
