Once the return is raised successfully and tracking details are generated, the product will be picked up within 4 working days from your location. When the product is picked up, please collect the return pickup slip from the pickup boy. Once the refund is initiated it will reflect in the given bank account within 3 working days under the company name ‘O(1) India Private Limited’.
Note: We do not accept Paytm account details or any other e-wallet as per the policy. We accept only traditional bank accounts linked with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
