I have ordered one shaver through uniloat portal vide order number for Rs 999/- paid though online but i ave received all the power bank which is not required by me. I have contacted many times while mail they are not responding. Kindly arrange for refund of Rs.999/-no contact number available for contact them. Only mail ID. They have given even though I have mailed many times no reply received

They are so comfortably cheating consumers by sending fake products and not sending the actual product ordered, I am also a victim of such, i ordered a mini shaver and in return i get a non workable powerbank, to which i complaint to the support desk of their’s but they don’t have a courtesy to reply back, on checking i came to know that not only me they have been cheating lot more customers, i was surprised how they are still doing this fraud business and why no regulatory system taken any action on this online sellers. my billing details are as follows : Order Placed on Sep 14, 2023, 12:46 PM, Order no. #UN71987, I received a fake power bank through Blue dart courier, Tracking ID: 77799121750 on 20th SEP 2023, time:10:34, same day i sent with the proof an email to the [email protected] with images of the product received. till date no response
