Sir,
The situation that I faced on 16/11/18 was not expected from the highly reputed Paytm online shopping.
Vide order no.6517318334 dt. on 13/11/18 at 3:20pm I ordered a IBall laptop (Paytm registered phone no. 9804785375 and email id : abhaduri06@yahoo.com ).
As the shipment arrived on my address on 16/11/18 I was awefully surprised that instead of LAPTOP it was a BROKEN POWER BANK of scrap value.
It is very clear that the thing was intentional.
I requested for a replacement and as I have made the full payment I need the actual product or money back.
Paytm , on the other side, took the complaint vide Complaint ID 96250897.
Please note that I have informed the same to the Police vide GDE 1617 Haridevpur P.S Kolkata.
I attach the relevant snapshots so that you can identify the Guilty who INTENTIONALLY did it.
Kindly do the needful to satisfy me.
