Text of Complaint by Ajay Kumar:

Sir,
would like to inform you that I have ordered Samsung F23 mobile and Samsung 25 watt adapter. During opening of parcel mobile is ok as ordered but charger found bolt company. I have pay 1100 rs for Samsung adapter and seller has send me charger of rs.200.

I have also made a video clip During unboxing of parcel and clearly shows seller has done 420 with me. Please arrange to replace my charger as earliest as I have no use of mobile without charger.

As on today they are extended delivery date from 11.10.22 to 17.10.22. Without charger I have no use of mobile phone.

I can send unboxing video if required.

Request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
