1.I ordered Sennheiser wireless headphones (renewed) on 04-Jul-2022.
2. On 8-07-2022, I received the order. But in place of headphones, shoes were delivered(pics already sent to cs-reply@amazon.com).
3. Therefore, I raised a complaint the same day and after several chats and calls later, I was told to wait till 12-Jul for the investigation to be over.
4. On 12-Jul-2022, again after several chats and calls later, I was told that the investigation was not complete and to call again on 16-Jul-22.
5. Finally on 16-Jul-2022, during a call which took over half an hour, I was told that return has been initiated and Amazon will get the item picked up on 17-07-22.
6. However, the pickup agent refused to pick the parcel on 17-7-22, saying that he was assigned pick up of headphones and not shoes. I tried to reason that I have not received headphones in the first place and how can I return something which I have not received, but to no avail.
7. Again pickup was scheduled twice but no one came for pick up. Every time a new pickup is schedule by Amazon and no one comes for pick up.
