I have received the wrong product inside the box. I complained to customer care for which every different customer agent kept on saying different things. After escalating till 30th Jun 2021 a new Agent told me that they have to investigate further. And without any prior communication they marked it as Solved by saying that the correct product was delivered. They neither provided the return nor provided the replacement facility for the same. After that as well I complained to customer care for more than 20 times but ordered cannot be picked up or no solution was provided. I am now completely hopeless and frustrated from Amazon India as my whole amount has been gone and I don’t have a product in hand for the same. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money. I am attaching the image of the product which was wrongly provided to me.
