I want to file a complain against Crystal Jewellers, cause i ordered 2 sets of jewellery on 29th of Nov, the package was delivered by 4th Dec but the items i have ordered they were not the same that i received, and i received cheap and broken jewellery. And when i asked for refund Or exchange they are not replying to my messages or my calls. Now i feel like it and fake site, so i want you to take a step to look after this matter and try to get my refund back and shut this fake companies. Thank you.
