Wrong item delivered everyone knows, but when I tried calling customer care for refund they asked to install TeamViewer quick support app, by which screen share of our mobile happening and they are asking to open application like phonepe and all.This application is not trusted. Its seriously fraud happening with everybody who ordered item from Kristel. Please help us to get refund.
