Dear Sir,
I had ordered “Fashion Bra with Shapewear (Set of 3) from STYLAR on May 19, 2023, and paid Rs. 1099 cash on delivery (May 22, 2023) from SHIPROCKET, online as I was out of station. I received the pack on May 28, 2023. Instead of the above ordered item I have received pair of leggings small and XXL. I tried to search the customer service number and came across this page of complains. I also got customer service number 8900476966 on this page. When I contacted customer service, first they diverted my call to 9564051083, the person answering from there asked me to first pay Rs. 1 to register complain. When I asked them to give me address of their website to read terms and conditions, they denied and kept my call on hold. They asked for money to register complain for return or exchange. A similar incidence has happened previously where the person on other side asked Rs 5 for taking request of early delivery and in exchange trying to hack my online payment, and the voice of person answering other side was almost similar, thus I was alert this time.
Please help me retrieve my money back or atleast catch these people and stop this fraud business.
