Text of Complaint by Nisha Sadasivam:

Laptop of worth 67k got delivered by 22nd August 2022. Return pickup is scheduled for multiple times and it keeps getting cancelled with wrong status as ‘ refused by customer ‘. I need the wrong item delivered to be picked up immediately and issue the refund. The item has been approved by seller for return and refund. But the item is not getting picked up from delivery agent.
