Hi my name is Vishva Walavalkar. I have ordered Samsung active watch 2 . Order ID: GTSMW5565 Tracking ID 59585254315 order date 30/10/2020 I received normal wrist watch. I think this is fraud done with me. I gone to the website from i purchased the product but there is no return policy. N no return address on it. I need refund. Plz do help me
