This is to inform you that I have received your courier today with the wrong contents thru EKart.
Instead of the expected Bose ear buds ( 2 pairs) , I received a cheap Chinese made headphones, which is of little use for me.
Kindly arrange to send the promised items as I have already paid Rs 1600 for them (COD).
In case you are unable to supply the correct items, kindly arrange to refund my payment in cash at the earliest.
