10th November received my order. Very worst experience from this. My order is 2 cargo jeans. Please give me my refund. In this order 2 small dress received please find refrence images and videos for your reference. Please proceed for return and refund my money. Payment is don by cash on delivery amount 900 rs after that. I dilvery mail I check delivery tracker in witch they were mention about faction hut customer support. I serch on Google in this site I show a contact number of customer care that number is 8886489701. I told him about my order and all. I told him that I wanted my refund back. That person told me you have refund amount wil be done by online. I told him that at the time of dilvery payment mode is cod so you have refund by cod. He said there were lots fraud will be done bye cod after that told me to proceed for refund you have install any desk at your phone and record everything in my phone after that told me do net banking so upload your banking users name password and after that he told check you UPI balance. He told everything was recorded this is not scam. Some how cut the call.
I want my refund by cod. Please do the needful thing this not about me an my refund this is for everyone.
Please help me in this.
