I had ordered induction based tawa from Amazon. They delivered wrong item which was not induction compatible. So I returned it and asked for refund. After 3 weeks, they get back at me saying wrong item was returned. Reason to apply for return and refund was that I received wrong item. Payment I did for induction base tawa is not refunded even after returning the wrong item. No right item, no refund and they also took wrong item as reason to ask for return was wrong item was delyto me in first place.
